Liberia Lone Stars improves in Fifa rankings

    LL Staff Report The Liberian national team, the Lone Stars moved one point up for the month of May on the rankings table of the Federation of International Football Association [Fifa]. Coach Frank Jericho Nagbe and his boys are now 28th overall in Africa, and 103rd in the world. Last month the Liberian Lone Stars leapt 14th places after it trounced the Uganda Cranes 2-0 at the Monrovia Sports Complex, with goals coming from Patrick Wleh and Anthony Laffor.
